We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company name) and when you upload content (360° images, logos, audio files). We also automatically collect technical information including device type, browser, IP address, and pages visited.
When someone views a tour created with 3D Nova, we collect anonymized data including approximate country of origin via IP lookup, device type, visit duration, and scenes viewed. This data is shown to the tour owner in their analytics dashboard. We do not collect personally identifiable information from tour viewers.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Images and media are stored in secure cloud storage. All data transmission uses HTTPS. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All images, audio, logos and content you upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant 3D Nova a limited license to store and display that content solely for providing the service. We will never use your content for advertising or share it without your permission.
We use local storage to remember your preferences such as dark mode and your last open tab. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded content will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
